Initial Assessment

In this comprehensive 2-hour intake health assessment session, we’ll dive deep into your health history and current lifestyle habits. This includes a physical exam, functional assessments, and a detailed review of any baseline lab results you can supply to us. We’ll examine key factors like sleep, nutrition, fitness, stress, and social connections to establish a clear starting point for your wellness journey.

You’ll leave with a clear understanding of your current health status and a personalized roadmap designed just for you.
