“I had started to go downhill with my gym, I was struggling with a lot of stress, and trying to cope with my husband’s daughter and learning how to be a stepmom. I also had a tendency to avoid things in my life. I felt very comfortable and relaxed when I was talking to Tandi. I enjoyed most that you were honest. I now feel that I have enough confidence to get myself to the gym, and know that change takes time and it’s not instant. I also learned it’s OK to enjoy life while being healthy.
