“Before I started working with Tandi, I was in quarantine mode where I was eating and drinking whatever I wanted whenever I wanted. It was really nice to be able to verbalize my thoughts and have someone listen without passing judgement but better yet, offered multiple solutions to try. One thing I really liked was if I failed to try something that was recommended, Tandi put a positive spin on it instead of making me feel bad. The mindfulness practices were another favorite of mine as well as it forced me to take time to focus on what I am grateful for and all that is going well for me.
